Ryan Stange

Ryan joined Miramar in 2023. He is responsible for tax compliance and legal entity structuring. Prior to Miramar, Ryan was a tax manager at Hillwood where he focused on industrial real estate and REIT funds. Ryan began his career as a tax accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PWC”) in their Multi-Strategy group, where he worked on various hedge fund clients. Ryan holds a Master of Taxation and BBA in Accounting from Baylor University. He is also a certified public accountant.
