Randy Evans is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Miramar Holdings Dallas

Randy Evans is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Miramar Holdings.  Prior to joining Miramar in 2013, Randy was an Associate Tax Director at TPG Global where he was responsible for the tax planning and compliance of TPG’s parent company operations and several of its sponsored funds.  Randy began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a Director in their mergers and acquisitions tax practice.  During his tenure from 2001 through 2011, Randy was extensively involved in providing due diligence and structuring services to both strategic and financial buyers.  Randy also served in its New York U.S. mergers and acquisitions practice, and its energy practice specializing in due diligence, consulting and compliance of E&P, trading and refinery clients.

Randy holds a Master of Taxation and BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a member of the Baylor University Accounting Advisory Council.  He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
