Josef Ctvrtlik

Josef joined Miramar Holdings in 2021 where he is responsible for assisting in the sourcing, diligence, execution, and management of Miramar’s real estate investments. Prior to joining Miramar Holdings, Josef began his career as an analyst and later as an associate for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (“HFF”), and subsequently for Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”), upon JLL’s acquisition of HFF. Josef specialized in multi-housing investment advisory and equity placement, while contributing to the sale of multi-housing, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing assets totaling in excess of $2.5 billion during his tenure. He received a B.A. in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University in 2016.
